Michelle Obama is still on her hit book tour droppin/g jewels and setting the record straight that she doesn’t intend to run for President because she’s committed to helping the next generation get a seat at the table.

“Nope, nope, nope,” our Forever First Lady said in response to a question from an audience mem/ber while speaking to a sell-out crowd in Austin, TX, KXAN reports.

“It’s not us occupy/ing the same seats, it’s making room,” she said. Her goal, she said, is to help her husband cultivate the “next generation of leaders” by empowering them.

Obama is still t/ouring the US promoting her memoir, ‘Becoming’ which sold 1.4 million copies in its first week and topped the bestseller’s list in 2018. The event was hosted by celebrity chef Rachael Ray.

Obama talked about life after the White House and the p/ainstaking moment she boarded Air F/orce One after the inauguration of Donald T r u m p in 2017.

“I sobbed for like 30 minutes,” she re/called. “That day was hard for so many reasons. Getting on that plane, I was finally able to release how hard that journey was.”

Obama said she wrote her book in an effort to inspire others to be b/etter.

“There’s context to everyone’s p/ain and h/urt, you just can’t say they’re good or bad,” she reflected. “Be open to their story and tolerant of their context.”

She also e/ncouraged attendees to be the best version of themselves.

“Our job is not to let other people make us s/trangers to one another,” she said.
