28-year-old Christopher Freeman, of West Palm Beach, Florida, has been a*rrested after he was a*ccused of bringing a loaded A*K*-47 to a middle school after receiving a call from his crying son.
Christopher received a FaceTime call from his tearful son during school hours. The boy said his teacher ‘s*lammed’ him.
While speaking to his son, Freeman said the boy was g*rabbed by an adult, and he saw his son’s phone fly from his hands.
P*olice said Freeman then headed to the school to check on his son.
School officials said when Freeman arrived at the campus, he th*reatened v*iolence because of what happened.
The school was placed on lockdown and Freeman was a*rrested.
According to WPTV, p*olice said they found a loaded R*omarm/C*ugir A*K*-47 Mini D*raco p*istol.
Freeman has since been ch*arged with possession of a w*eapon on school property, a*ggravated a*ssault with a d*eadly w*eapon without the intent to k*ill and d*isturbing the peace.
He is currently being held on a $75,000 bond. He has also been ordered to stay away from the school.
The g*un may have been overk*ill, but we don’t blame this dad one bit for sticking up for his child. Has anyone started a GoFundMe for this his bond yet?
