Ayesha Curry’s light-hearted clapback resulted in her issuing a full-fledged one thanks to a recent series of interactions on Instagram.
The celebrity chef and entrepreneur uploaded a family photo-op of the massive Curry clan following her husband Steph Curry’s win with the Golden State Warriors over his brother Seth Curry’s Portland Trail Blazers in Game 4 to complete a 4-0 sweep in the the NBA Western Conference Finals.
“Infinitely proud of these guys. Gods grace and mercy continues to cover our family and we are so grateful. Not about wins and losses, it’s all about family. Moments like this simply put it all into perspective,” Ayesha wrote on the photo and video-sharing site Tuesday, May 21. She concluded by adding a quote from Bible verse Matthew 6:33: “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

Then one fan took notice of what appeared to be a baby bump on Ayesha and asked, “Are you pregnant again?????”
The restaurateur promptly dismissed the burgeoning rumor by responding that her 10-month-old son Canon was simply pushing the limits of her strength.
“Absolutely not LOL,” she said playfully. “My 30-lb. son is just breaking my back in every photo.”
However, the joke about her son’s heftiness prompted a host of comments that shamed the infant for his size.
“@ayeshacurry 30 lbs?!?!? He’s bigger than my 19-month-old nephew😂😂😂❤️.”
“@ayeshacurry 30 [pounds] at 10 months?? Sheesh”
“@ayeshacurry Maybe portion-control his food a bit.”
It’s the last comment that set Curry off. She simply responded, “excuse you?No. Just no.”
Fans then stepped in to slam the hater and encourage the mom of three to ignore online trolls.
“Shame on those who make those rude comments and attacking a baby? is not acceptable.”
“Ignore the hate girl. Stay strong 💪🏼”
“Congrats to your family and keep your head up. It’s plenty of married women like myself who support you.”
“@ayeshacurry pay this no mind. Ur gorg got a gorg family and blessed beyond what he is . Boy bye.”
Ayesha’s response marks the latest time she’s responded to a hater. Last week, the former Cooking Channel star hit back at someone who demanded she “stay in the kitchen.”
“@whysotang which one? SF, Houston, Miami or San Diego?” she said in response.
The clapback won tons of support from fans.
“@whysotang Hahahaha! @ayeshacurry got chuuuuu!!! Don’t come for a queen !!”
“@ayeshacurry You are amazing, people are just made they arent living in their truth. Keep going girl!!”
