According to Kofi, aka @Mr_Twista, his friend was left heartbroken after seeing his girlfriend with another guy after he travelled all the way to Kumasi to surprise her at her graduation ceremony, but got a nasty shock in the end. @Mr_Twista indicated in the post that the lady has been in a thriving two-year relationship with the other man. Many have sympathised with @Mr_Twista's friend after the post went viral.
