In New Court Documents, Tanisha Foster Claims That Samantha Smith Refuses To Return Her Daughter To Her After Taking Her Away 'Unlawfully,' Asking A J*udge To Deny The Latter's Petition For Guardianship.
The mother of Nipsey Hussle's 10-year-old daughter has a*ccused the rapper's sister of taking the girl and refusing to give her back.
Tanisha Foster is f*ighting to regain custody of her daughter Emani Asghedom, and in new c*ourt documents obtained by The Blast, she has a*ccused Nipsey's sister Samantha Smith of taking the youngster after the child's father was k*illed in March.
Foster is objecting to the recent f*iling by Smith, who asked the c*ourt to be named Emani's guardian after her brother was sh*ot d*ead.
Foster claimed her daughter was visiting Nipsey on the day he was k*illed, and alleged Smith "unlawfully took the minor and as of this date, despite objectors demand, refused to return the minor to Objector."
Foster believes that "the best interests" of Emani are not being met by Smith removing the girl from her mother's custody, and a*ccused her of "refusing contact between minor and mother."
She has asked a j*udge to deny Smith's petition for guardianship.
A judge has yet to rule.
