- An African woman and her disabled bae prove that love knows no bounds
- The inspiring couple's story has taken the internet by storm
- These two have proven the existence of true love.
"Love is patient, love is kind, it does not boast, it is does not envy, it is not proud, it does not dishonour others", so says the Holy Bible in the book of 1 Corinthians 13: 4-8. The woman has proven all this by sticking by her man, who is physically disabled, and loving him just the way he is without paying attention to naysayers. Briefly.co.za learnt that when wedding photos of the couple, Ali Yare Aden and Fahmo Abdullahi, hit the internet, people were convinced the lady was in it for the money. However, the beauty, simplicity and innocence in the photos tell a different story.
They tell a story of love, dedication and admiration from both the newly-weds. The lovebirds, who are both of Somali origin, proved love knows no bounds as they posed for pictures during their memorable ceremony. Fahmo rocked a pearly white traditional wedding gown while Ali donned a stunning grey tuxedo.
And by the way they stared into each other’s eyes, one could easily tell these soulmates were meant for each other. A match made in heaven. A proud Ali, who is wheelchair-bound, almost immediately changed his marital status to ‘got married’ on Facebook just to let the ladies know he was done with the single life.
Soon after, a ton of congratulatory comments filled his timeline, and boy his fans and followers could not contain their excitement. His colourful ceremony was brightened by the smiles of the bridal party and pride of the groomsmen. To see love flourish into an eternal bond is quite the sight for sore eyes.
