Nipsey Hussle’s baby mama Tanisha Foster is blasting his family as they continue to paint her as an unfit mother to their daughter, Emani Asghedom.

TMZ has obtained legal documents Foster filed against members of Hussle’s family, amid her fight for the 10-year-old little girl.

Since the rapper was sh*ot and k*illed at the end of March, Emani has been the primary concern of his family.

His sister, brother, and mother filed a petition to seek joint guardianship of the young girl. Foster is now fighting back with her own petition amid claims Hussle’s family has cut her off from Emani. Foster is also accusing the family of kicking her out of the apartment the rapper was renting for her and their daughter.

“I strongly oppose both of the petitions filed by Samantha Alexandria Smith, Samiel Asghedom and Angelique Smith. I am the mother of Emani Asghedom, and there is no good reason my rights as her mother should be taken away from me, or otherwise reduced as her mother,” she states in the official c*ourt papers.

Foster, who also goes by the name Chyna Hussle, argues that before Hussle’s d*eath, there has never been a c*ourt order to take Emani away from her. There has also never been a legal proceeding that deemed that it was in Emani’s best interest not to have Foster in her life. She further insists that Hussle always wanted the two of them to raise their daughter and be present in her upbringing.

“We always shared the responsibility of parenting EmaniI have had to depend on the goodwill of family and friends for my food, clothing, shelter, and transportation.

Ermias had always provided for these needs up until his date of d*eath,” Foster explained.

Along with rebuffing claims, she is not a fit mother, Nipsey Hussle’s baby mama Tanisha Foster admits he provided for her and their daughter before his sudden and shocking passing.

“Ermias also gave me substantial sums of cash that I used for the benefit of Emani and myself. No one seems to care about the impact Ermias’ d*eath has had upon me and Emani. I have been maligned as being an unfit mother, a golddigger, and someone not worthy of any voice in the matter of my daughter and her future,” she revealed.

ite her dire circumstances with no means of financial support, Foster stated she would do whatever it takes to care for her only child.

“If everyone was truly interested in doing what is best for Emani, they would treat me as her mother and not in the manner that they have,” Foster shared.

A c*ourt hearing is scheduled for next week to hear all petitions, including Samiel Asghedom, Angelique Smith and Samantha Smith to be appointed co-guardians of Emani Asghedom.
